Jbaby Compensation Package
California Surrogates: Experience Jbaby's Commitment to Competitive Compensation and Support.
You Don’t Have To Compromise.
We know that you’re not doing this for the money. That’s why we want to work with you.
But let’s be honest, money matters, and as a surrogate for Jbaby, we believe you deserve to be rewarded with the most competitive compensation package in the industry.
The good news is that you no longer have to compromise between choosing an agency that pays you well or choosing an agency that treats you well. At Jbaby you will always get treated with the respect you deserve while getting paid the most competitive compensation in the industry for your selfless act of kindness.
How is Compensation Defined?
When we talk about “compensation” you need to understand that there is something called “base compensation” which is the amount of money you will make over the course of your journey carrying the baby for your Intended Parent.
Think of the base compensation as the equivalent of the salary an employee makes over the course of a year–NOT including benefits. For example, Jbaby pays a first-time surrogate working in California a base starting salary, or compensation, of $55,000 a year. This is the highest of any surrogacy agency doing business in California. In addition, there is a suite of benefits tailored to the unique needs of each surrogate that can easily add another $20,000 in value to the Overall Compensation + Benefits Package.
For a First-Time Surrogate, Expect to Earn:
FROM
$55,000
TO
$100,000+
At Jbaby, there is no “one size fits all.” You structure your benefit’s package according to your unique, individual needs.”
